Another fun potluck today with the Saturday Italian 101 class.The students brought delicious homemade cakes and biscotti and also some arancini from Di Pasquale's Marketplace! Grazie a tutti for graduating from the level 1! Next Italian 102 class will start in a few weeks on Saturday morning!

Yesterday we had lots of fun with our beginning classes as they practice describing people in Italian with the game Guess who!
Wonderful potluck last night at the end of Italian 101 in prof.ssa Milazzo's class! We had homemade Lasagne alla bolognese; rigatoni alla norma with eggplant, salads, and delicious appetizers, Italian cookies from DiPasquale and Vaccaro's Italian Pastry Shop-Little Italy , fine wine and limoncello! GRAZIE A TUTTI!

Today due to the icy conditions we are cancelling all classes. Hopefully this will be the last cancellation of the season! State al caldo e ci vediamo la prossima settimana!
Our intermediate students are developing some entrepreneurship skills by designing their own Italian restaurants (including name and menu and other details) with this activity at the Applauso Italian Learning Center. They kept the entire conversation in Italian! BRAVISSIMI!!
