GREAT to be with our INTERMEDIATE ITALIAN CLASS @the Applauso Italian Learning Center! Gli studenti sono bravissimi!!  THIS IS THE WAY to arrive in the main square in Florence Italy: Check out Prof. Applauso's Grand Entrance on Horse Carriage: Prof. Applauso had a wonderful evening tonight at the San Gimignano City Hall, where he gave a presentation in the Thirteenth-century Sala di Dante on the two poets, Folgore da San Gimignano and Dante (it was truly evocative to be in the very room where Dante delivered his embassy on May 7, 1300). THANK YOU to the city for the wonderful welcome and opportunity to share his research to the public! See less      LAST NIGHT: Making bread with the Beginning Italian 1 class is always a blast! The students made some delicious rosette and treccine homemade bread during our class!
