Very grateful to Jamie and Micheal for sharing with Prof. Applauso and the class their homemade fresh tomato sauce recipe! I am planning to use it very soon for our Sunday dinner! Buon appettito a tutti!

We wish the best luck to our beloved assistant professor Antonio Felice who is now starting a new journey at the University of New Orleans to study Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering. While there, Antonio will continue to foster Italian language and culture and occasionally connect remotely with our students for various workshops! BUONA FORTUNA ANTONIO!   Yesterday we had a fantastic class with the beginning students as they learned to describe people in Italian and made Homemade bread! Here you can see them in action and also the bread they made!   |
