Students made HOMEMADE TAGLIATELLE PASTA! VERY FUN LESSON last Monday    Grazie a Vito Ristorante, Antonio and Luca for providing our class yesterday the Original Pizza Margherita (uncut with fresh basil) for our Italian lesson yesterday! We described the recipe using the imperative mood and discussed the origin of the Pizza in the late 1880s in Napoli with Queen Margherita. A fun Italian history and politics lesson as well (with some good prosecco)!   FUN BOCCE TOURNAMENT in our Timonium location @Applauso Italian Learning Center! Prof. Applauso is honored to have received the Honorary Member Mason certification from all the GRANDMASTERS of the United Masonic Assembly of the USA at the Regular Grand Lodge of North Carolina for his service as an ITALIAN INTERPRETER for the Grandmaster of the Grand Loggia d'Italia Gianfranco Pilloni in Charlotte North Carolina last night.
