A big thank you to Cranbrook Liquors for donating the ice and offering a generous discount for the Martini Rosso, Prosecco and Club soda for our Italian class last weekend! We had a workshop on how to make the Italian Spritz! It was a great success! GRAZIE MILLE

Proud of our Assistant Instructor Antonio who yesterday received an award for Carpentry and the Maryland State Seal Medal for Biliteracy having attained the highest level of proficiency in Italian language from George Washington Carver Center for Arts and Technology! BRAVISSIMO ANTONIO!!  FUN TIME at the Applauso Italian Center! We learned about the comparatives by playing Bocce! Perfect weather for a BOCCE TOURNAMENT!  Very grateful to SAL for donating a brand-new pasta machine to the Applauso Italian learning Center; it's a Marcato Atlas brand MADE IN ITALY! Grazie per la generosità! We will use it for our classes as we make fresh homemade past workshops!   Buona festa della mamma a tutte le mamme (especially to ITALIAN MOTHERS!)  Thanks to our student Zarmin for bringing Limoncello to class today! We had a verb boot camp lesson and it really helped everybody to relax and conjugate our verbs! Never thought that Limoncello could be helpful in learning Italian grammar!🤣☺️  Having lots of fun making Cannoli with the Italian beginning class! We make the filling FROM SCRATCH WITH FRESH ITALIAN RICOTTA, GALBANI CHEESE!   |
