BUONA FESTA DI HALLOWEEN a tutti! Here is a fun video for you: In Italian Trick or treat is "DOLCETTO O SCHERZETTO":
Proud of our student Brian! He is very dedicated as he commutes to our Center from Lancaster PA to our Cockeysville, MD every Saturdays. He's doing very well, and it is a pleasure having him in our Italian 104 class. Bravo Brian continua così!!!
Lots of fun with our beginning class making homemade bread and learning about articles and nouns! The students got also a FREE lunch that day! The Applauso Italian learning methods mixed fun and engagement within a dynamic and supportive environment! Can't wait to start the next Italian 101 session in a month or so!
Yesterday we made homemade tagliatelle in our Italian 103 class; Farina e uova e...basta! Some students stated that this was the first time they made fresh pasta! See also a picture of one student's dinner last night! Bravissime Christine and Esther!
Great day yesterday at the Italian Heritage Festival in Little Italy! Prof. Applauso was there with Assistant Director Jeannette. It started with some rain but then the sunshine and lots of people came by!
I hope you can attend the Italian Heritage Festival this Saturday in Little Italy @ Baltimore. At 3 p.m. I am also giving a lecture about the contribution of Italian Women in Maryland, more info in the attachment. Come and learn about SIX AMAZING Italian women. Arrivederci a tutti!
Mrs. Maryland came by to say CIAO! BELLISSIMA E BRAVISSIMA!
Our advanced students got a little present from the Applauso Italian Learning Center at the Festival in Bel Air: BRAVISSIMI Franco, Marianna e Maria! who have been with our school since the beginning in 2017!
