Thank you to Marianna from our advanced cinema class for bringing some delicious "biscotti ai pignoli". These homeade cookies are amazing! They are done with the almond paste (8 ounces). Marianna used a very small cookie scoop. Sometimes she also has to slightly dampen her palms. The dough is sticky! You might have to make a few batches to practice. Here is the recipe if you would like to try it out!

Our Monday Italian 101 session is packed! We have almost 20 students enrolled (both in person and online). Right now, we are practicing with definite articles and vocabulary building exercises. We are looking forward to starting the new 101 class in August; contact us if you want to join the new session.
We had a blast yesterday with our children class! The lesson was on cloth and Euro; the children learned how to negotiate in Italian and also practiced with the Euro and cloth vocabulary. They also practiced and collaborated with WRITING words and FULL SENTENCES IN ITALIAN! Next week we are making some Gnocchi and learn about planets and astrophysics!
