Italian Pine nuts cookies from our student Marianna

Thank you to Marianna from our advanced cinema class for bringing some delicious "biscotti ai pignoli". These homeade cookies are amazing! They are done with the almond paste (8 ounces). Marianna used a very small cookie scoop. Sometimes she also has to slightly dampen her palms. The dough is sticky! You might have to make a few batches to practice.
